Originally built in 1926 as a New Car Sales Facility, this building had the show room in the front along with sales offices and the shop in the rear. This still has the original pit for servicing cars. This can be the perfect "Man Cave" for the guy or "She Shed" for the gal that has everything. A place for your cars and toys along with the perfect place to invite friends over. There is a rest room in the office area along with one is the shop area. A small kitchenette is a great place to keep some goodies for the next event. Take a peak and imagine your toys here, there are few of these left and this one may be the one for you!
