As a first time home buyer, I am truly grateful to have Nacha guided me through the whole process. She came highly recommended by a friend who was a very satisfied client of her. Nacha's organizational and time management skills amaze me. Obviously she has many other clients, but I always seem to be able to get 100% of her attention! She would meet me at any time I requested, may it be 7.30am or 7.30pm. And she is always punctual. With over twenty years of experience under her belt, Nacha is extremely knowledgeable. While computer software can help narrow down listings to fit a set criteria, it is no match for Nacha's familiarity of the areas and the neighborhoods. She saved me a lot of time by doing a second screening for me and weeded out those houses that did not fit my neighborhood criterion. With the internet readily available, I also did some searching on my own. Remarkably there was not even one so-called potential I found that was better than any from Nacha's pipeline. While house hunting is overwhelming, the contract negotiation and the escrow process are down right daunting. Nacha was exceptionally patient in hand-holding me through them. Nacha's help does not stop at close of escrow. She proactively followed up with me to make sure that there was no surprise as I moved in and that the move was smooth. I think it will be hard to find a real estate broker more hard-working and professional than Nacha Subramanian. She takes care of her clients and their best interest rather than trying to make a sale, My friend who recommended Nacha has since moved out of the area; and he went as far as saying, "I wished I ciuld take Nacha with me!"
