This contract is contingent upon the following:1) Seller's Lender(s) and/or other lien holder(s) (collectively "Lender") approval of purchase price, terms of the Purchase Agreement and the HUD-1 Settlement Statement.2) Lender(s) hereby agree to accept a payoff which is less than the balance due on the loan or other indebtedness and will forgive the Seller's debt(s) 100% without recourse.
